1. Arrival at the Resort

Upon arrival at the resort, you can use the COOP store parking lot for check-in. This parking lot can be used for a maximum of 20 minutes. It is primarily intended for store visitors. We recommend proceeding to the resort reception with your luggage via the stairs.

2. Check-in

You can reach the resort reception via the stairs located behind the entrance to the COOP store. Please note that this is not a barrier-free entrance and that the staircase is quite steep, which may not be ideal for elderly individuals, those with mobility issues, or families with large amounts of luggage. Therefore, we recommend using the rear entrance, where you will find an elevator—see the next step for details.

3. Luggage and elevator

In case of heavy luggage, guests with limited mobility, etc., please use the rear entrance where there is also an elevator. You may park here for a maximum of 15 minutes. We kindly ask that you only unload your luggage, check in at reception, and then move your vehicle to the resort's official parking lot—see the next step for details. Please note that there is a strict no-parking rule in place due to deliveries for the COOP store.

Please be aware that the path to the elevator is not fully barrier-free; it involves approximately 5 easy steps. There is a foldable ramp available to assist if needed.

4. Parking

After unloading your luggage and successfully checking in, our receptionist will give you the keys to one of the parking lots marked in orange on the map. Both parking lots are located within 50 to 100 meters of the resort and are either monitored or secured. You will keep the parking lot key along with your apartment key for the duration of your stay. Parking for one car per apartment is free, and there is a charge of 100 CZK per night for each additional car. The availability of extra parking spaces must be confirmed with the reception.

The drop-off points used during check-in can be used in the same way during check-out.
